Oak Brook Terrace- TY is the Practice Manager. Avoids calls and doesn't return calls. Very unprofessional. No one else available to talk to on complaints. Useless to talk too. Don't do your procedure with Sono Bello go to a private surgeon. If you need to do revisions it will end up costing you just as much. You will pay again even if they leave you with Dog Ears. They do not take accountability of any complications of end results.
Dr Flagg at Oak Brook Terrace left practice shortly after my procedure 3\17\25.This location never assigned another Dr to me, and I had complications during my recovery I had infection causing a hole in my midsection skin separation. During my recovery my sides were sticking out. Dog Ears. I was told the sides would go down after swelling to give it more time. On my 6 month I was told to fix the sides I have to pay the surgical fee again of $2495. Sono Bello does not take accountability of leaving their patients dissatisfied. I spoke to TY Practice Manager
