Soft Serve Clothing review: Non delivery of products and no refund

The first orders I placed with this company arrived fine and I loved the products. Then I ordered items as gifts that included some things that were "back-ordered" (even though I didn't realize that at the time). They still haven't sent ANY of the items despite some of them listed as being in stock. They responded with "they are having IT problems and will be resolved soon" when I requested refunds. They still have not sent any items or processed refunds. Because of stringing me along saying the items will be in stock and ship soon, it is now too late to contest on my credit card.

Here are the order numbers, amounts, and dates ordered. Repeat orders were b/c of gift cards given due to delays. Given my earlier experiences I did not realize this was just a scam to get me to place more orders they would not deliver.
