Smart Foundation Systems did a great job on our basement waterproofing. The workers were super professional and always got back to us right away.

I hired Smart Foundation Systems, LLC for a concrete job on 4/28/22. I paid a deposit of $3500 on 5/3/22 and the work was supposed to start on 6/6/22. I called on 6/1 to confirm the job and they said it was on schedule. But on 6/6, they didn't show up. I called them on 6/8 and they said they would get back to me with a new start date. But I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. Then, a guy came to my house on 6/16 and said he was a foreman inspecting the job. But the next day, they said he was no longer an employee. I called them on 6/17 and asked to speak to management, but they didn't call me back. So, I posted a negative review on 6/18. On 6/20 @ 9am, an employee called me and said they wanted to talk about my review. She said they couldn't complete the job and would only return my deposit if I took down my review and signed a non-disclosure agreement. I refused to sign anything and she said she wouldn't give me my money back unless I did. This is extortion and blackmail. The owner, ***, said in response to my review that he would return my money, but I still haven't received it and no one from upper management has contacted me as I requested.

They gave me a good bid for making my driveway 3 cars wide. They were pretty expensive, but they kept me in the loop about what was going on. They started and finished the job in 3 days. I would definitely recommend them.

I gotta say, Smart Foundation Systems, LLC really impressed me. The peeps in the office and the dudes who checked out my crib were all top-notch. The price was fair and they got the job done on time, just like they said they would. I'm giving these guys a solid 5 stars and my recommendation.

I hired Smart Foundation Systems to fix my cracked foundation and prevent my house from settling. They replaced two posts in my garage, but the next day the new foundations cracked. They told me it wasn't covered, even though they only put in half the screws and said it was enough. I recommend staying away from this place.

We hired Smart Foundation Systems to put in 2 windows and fix some cracks in the walls. They made us get a sump pump too, even though we didn't want it. They didn't read our order and brought the wrong stuff. They didn't even get a permit until we made them. They're really unorganized. The sump pump they put in was messed up. They cut square holes for round pipes and used a lot of silicon to seal it. They put the check valve on backwards and the pump broke. It took them 4 days to come fix it. When they did, they found more problems. The drain lines are leaking and the outflow line is messed up. They said they'd call us to fix it, but we had to call them. They don't care about their work, they just want money. It's hard to get them to fix things now that they're paid. Be careful if you use them. They say they care, but they don't.

They are very professional and informative. They cared about any concerns or questions that we had and ensured to protect what little we had left in the basement and garage so it would not be damaged in any way.

They completed on time and on budget. My foundation is like granite and will never smell again in my lifetime. The house is level, doors no longer close on their own, and the pictures on the walls no longer move.

Messed up foundation worse than it was, You need to hurry up and tell me what to clean up because I need the check. Huge cracks in walls, front house of my house is separating from the back of my house. They hadnt even pull permits. They took advantage of me and my disabled father. I dont even want to rate one star.

Smart Foundations installed a steel support beam under my homes addition crawlspace. They also extended a downspout and graded the area around the crawlspace to direct water flow away from the house. I couldnt be happier with everything about the job. Crew was very professional and polite. Communication was prompt and the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Very happy, they were great to work with. At initial appointment to give quote, rep sent pictures and communicated with project engineer. No surprises on final invoice. I had walk through with a crew supervisor who explained everything and left card to call with any other questions or concerns. The installation crew was polite, very considerate, and worked hard. Definitely a 5 star company, coming from someone with lots of experience over the years with our *** house.
