Great service and would recommend to anyone that needs a roof! Tim G and Eric W are the greatest. They both bent over backwards to help us out. They did a fantastic job fixing our roof. They were super helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication. They really know their stuff and are true professionals. I'm so glad we chose Ridge Top Exteriors, LLC for our roofing needs. They exceeded our expectations and we are extremely satisfied with the results. Thanks again, Tim and Eric!

I really like the windows and sliding doors from Ridge Top Exteriors, LLC. Brian, the guy who put them in, was amazing! He was super professional and nice, and he did a great job with every window and door he installed. I'm really happy with the results!

Very bad customer service. Would give no stars, if I could. Had an appointment for 2 weeks. They call me 15 minutes before the appointment to say they were too busy and it would be months before they could do my job. Very bad way to treat customers.

Extremely professional and impressive from start to finish! Tyler finished things up after installation of the 4 person crew who were outstanding! With his quality control walk through after completion of the project was very much appreciated and comforting. Well done!

The crew and Ridge Top Exteriors did a wondrful job on our windows. Even the bilding inspector said that this company was a great company. We worked with John, Wayne, Tyler, Ryan, Danielle, and Josh. They were all conginial, professional, and very easy to work with. I definetly would use them again.

After months of frustration, Tyler saved the day. He was not only professional but also very knowledgeable about the product. He fixed the problems that no one else could. If you can get Tyler to do the work, use this company. I would recommend it to a friend. The woman in the office, Daniele, was amazing. They did a wonderful job and always did what she was supposed to. She should be running the business.

I hired Ridge Top Exteriors after seeing their commercials on TV and because they were a well-known company. I thought everything would go smoothly, but I was mistaken. They installed the incorrect drip edge that was ordered, and after the roof was installed, we were informed that the gutters we ordered were no longer available. Our AC unit was mysteriously shut off, and when the technician came to fix it, he discovered that the power source had been manually disconnected. Going without AC for two days in Florida was absolutely terrible. To add to the confusion, I found an unopened five-gallon bucket of silicone in my front yard. They also failed to deliver on their promises of gift cards. It was a complete nightmare.

I left a not so good review cuz I didn't understand the price. But Brian called right away and stuck to the price in our contract. He was A+ with everything. The crew he sent was amazing! Victor was also great! They respected our stuff, worked hard, and cleaned up everything. They told me to watch out for nails cuz of our dogs, but I didn't find any. I'd recommend this company to all my friends. Our neighbors were so impressed, they gonna call for a roof quote. Thanks!

I talked to Josh Y. a few times 'bout our roof. He came to our house and checked out our roof. We agreed on a price and signed the contract. He called to get a pic of my driver's license for a permit, which seemed kinda shady, but he said it was for the county, so I sent him a pic. We chose our roof, but at the last minute, he bumped up the price by $1900.00. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We're in the construction biz, and we think this is really lousy business. If I could, I wouldn't even give 'em a star.

We hired Ridge Top Exteriors to replace our roof and we've had issues galore. We filed a complaint about the whole ordeal. Now we're just waiting for the county to give the thumbs up on the roof. I called the county on July 29th to check the status and they said the inspector came out on June 30th. Ridge Top didn't send the right pictures needed to finish everything up. We reached out to them...and here we are a month later and they're still dropping the ball. We really need this for our new insurance company. I really recommend going with the other quote when choosing roofers.

I highly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors. They're everything they say they are and more. I needed a new roof after hurricane ***. I'm a widow and I've had to take over a lot of things my husband used to do. I was able to get an estimate the next day! That's unheard of. I met *** and after asking him lots of questions (poor guy), I felt comfortable. I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. Everything *** told me was true and done exactly as he said. I had to speak to *** a few times. He doesn't believe in answering machines. Sunday calls were just like any other day. We had one little problem when a solar tunnel got damaged, but *** took charge and got it fixed. I can't say enough good things about my beautiful new roof! Thank you a thousand times.

We hired Ridge Top Exteriors for our roof and windows. On Wednesday night, the hurricane hit our area. The next morning, September 29, Ridge Top called to ask if we had any missing shingles and if they needed to cover our roof with a tarp. I said no, but my sister in North *** had significant roof damage and needed a tarp. Ridge Top quickly arranged for a crew to go and cover her roof the next day. They even sent us pictures of the roof before and after. Ridge Top has been professional and efficient in their work, especially considering they had to travel from *** to N. ***. As someone who is not yet a customer, we are very happy with what they have done for us so far.

I ordered windows from Ridgetop Exteriors in Tampa, FL on July 27 for the two front windows of my home. They were installed on February 21, 2022 by two workers who didn't do a good job. They put the window in from the wrong side, which caused a leak. My window inspection was on March 17, and my windows failed because the locks didn't work. RIDGE Top exterior came to fix the windows on March 25, 2022. On March 31, 2022, I checked the window locks and they worked. On April 8, 2022, I notified the installer, Jeff, that both windows were leaking into my home. On April 11, 2022, Jeff came out to plastic wrap both front windows, dining room, and game room so the rain wouldn't continue to seep through and enter my home. On April 25, 2022, 8 weeks later, Jeff unwrapped the sticky plastic from my two windows and installed the new windows with the help of his partner on Friday, June 24, 2022. On July 1, 2022, we finally passed inspection. Then there were sticky remnants from the wrap on my windows that I had to deal with. The response was to use goof off or acetone, especially because you can't really see it unless it's the right conditions. Their office called for the remaining balance, and I asked for a 20% inconvenience discount, but they said no. I tried to talk to someone in the corporate office in WI, which I later found out didn't exist and was just a call center from one of their employees. They based their ruling on a pricing mistake they made and said I should be happy they're not coming to recoup what they said they lost in July . I'm looking for $799 off my bill, and they can't do that. Shame on them! Their mistake doesn't outweigh my inconvenience, the updated plans I had to put on hold for the painting of the outside of my home, the leaking inside my home, the embarrassment I felt as people drove by and saw it wrapped in bubble wrap for 8 weeks, not wanting others over. Again, my inconvenience is more important than your mistake every day! No matter how you see it.
