Smart Asset Realty review: Property management company is sick, twisted, crooked and corrupted

When I living at 2841 West Highland Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin last year in 2022, Around Thanksgiving, My heat was turned off, I spent days and nights without any heat! I had to wear a winter coat, hats and gloves all day and I had to use three comforters at night. I learned that Smart Asset Reality is switching to Berrada Properties Management! WISN 12 News anchor Hannah Hilyard left a thermometer in my apartment for 30 minutes during the day, It gets colder at night. I can see my breath inside my apartment like I'm sitting outside waiting on the bus. My neighbor next door tenant Elise Williams keeps her gas stove burning to stay warm, She never felt the heat, She asked Smart Asset Reality on October 15, 2022 Where's the heat? Where's the heat? Nothing was done Smart Asset Realty did not answer the phone on Monday! I reached out to city agencies and advocates for help but not Berrada Properties, I'm gonna surprise Youssef "Joe" Berrada like he's surprising me! WISN 12 called Berrada Properties and nobody did not answer the phone at the corporate office, but their legal team did respond to WISN 12 email Monday. Me and Elise Williams told WISN 12 News anchor Hannah Hilyard that we are in the process of moving out of that apartment building! Do not rent from Smart Asset Realty and Berrada Properties Management, because they are running and playing a crooked game with the tenants in the City of Milwaukee! Stay away from Smart Asset Realty and Berrada Properties Management, because they will screw you like they did me and my neighbor Elise Williams!
