I put 2 items in my cart but never placed the order. A few days later I received a whole box full of stuff that I didn't want and several charges on my card. I called and got a return label and sent it back then the next day another shipment came. I have called and emailed multiple times requesting another return label and still haven't gotten one! This was more than a month ago! I was ignored, told it was already taken care of, that I had gotten multiple labels in the first response (which has been deleted). I've also left voice mails that have never been returned. PATHETIC "customer service"!
Desired outcome: Return label for the 2nd shipment and all charges reversed
