We have used Skillsets courses for our in-house training for several years. We have been very pleased with the course content and presentation. Over the past three years, Skillsets has made many improvements to their interface, making use and navigation much easier.

The State of *** has been an extremely satisfied customer of SkillSets Online for the past five years! I work for the Department of *** and I am the Administrator of the SkillSets Online program for the State. We pay to renew our contract with SkillSets Online yearly, and we offer it for free to our over 300 agencies, boards and commissions as a viable training program for everyone. This is especially appreciated by our smaller agencies, many of which have little to no budget available for quality training such as the kind offered by SkillSets Online. I personally appreciate the outstanding customer service offered by SkillSets Online. When I have new people to enroll in the program, the process is as easy as providing the name, email address and phone number of the new user, and that user is started in the program within a few hours of receiving my initial request. There have been very few issues that have needed to be resolved with SkillSets Online, which I also appreciate very much, as I am also the Statewide Training Coordinator, and this role takes up most of my business day! Finally, the flexibility offered by SkillSets Online, with its regular training courses, both technical and business skills related, its Street Wise trainings, that offer a short, technical presentation on a whole host of platforms, or the *** which offer a wonderful opportunity for more technical people to get actual experience with *** routers, Oracle databases, etc. I have enjoyed the professional relationship that I have developed with the staff at SkillSets Online, and I look forward to continuing our partnership for many years to come!
