I purchased Gluco Health because it was advertised by Elon Musk. When I entered the payment, they charged me 119.48 instead of the advertised price of $57.00. I called and spoke with a lady who apologized and promised to refund the difference. The refund never came.

I received the product and realized that it was for blood sugar, I got confused, was this the product I purchased? So, I went online and the product I was trying to get was a different one, not this one. I called, I tried to explain both the refund not received and the wrong product. The man with an Indian accent, was very rude and did not let me finish speaking. He interrupted me and said they don’t refund any money. I explained that it is clearly stated on the 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. He said he would agree to a partial refund. When I tried to speak he not only interrupted me but asked me to listen to him. I asked him to speak with his Supervisor and he said there was no Supervisor. ? (little strange) when I told him I wanted to have my refund, he hung up on me.
So, now I am placing complaints against this company to all the corresponding organizations.
