I was trying to create an image of a dinner recipe I have made. I tried ti go to my Microsoft image designer, and was highjacked into this site. I didn't know I was getting charged and how they got my card information is unknown. I accepted the first payment as ok. But together charged again for nothing is outrageous and people need to be warned about this predatory company.

Claimed loss: Charged twice for unused services.

Desired outcome: My second charge back. 29.99
