I am filing a complaint regarding Simon Projects 1978 Limited due to a complete lack of communication, failure to deliver agreed-upon services, and refusal to respond to our refund requests.
Our company paid €2,000 for participation in two international pop-up events (Paris and London). While the Paris pop-up technically took place, we received no reports, no measurable results, and no follow-up. The London event did not take place at all, and we were never provided any explanation or alternative solution.
Despite multiple emails sent over several months—including reminders, follow-ups, and clear documentation of the issues—we received no response, no updates, and no acknowledgment from Simon Projects 1978 Limited. Only after we expressed dissatisfaction did they attempt to redirect responsibility back to us, which is unacceptable and not supported by any contractual or factual basis.
We consider the lack of transparency, lack of delivered results, and the absence of communication to be highly unprofessional. The company has ignored all attempts to resolve the matter amicably.
For these reasons, we are publicly documenting this issue and requesting a partial refund of €2,000, which we believe is extremely reasonable given that one event never happened and the other provided zero measurable outcomes.
Country of complaint: United Kingdom
Claimed loss: 2.000 euros
