Sime Darby Property - Comfortable living experience

I recently moved into one of the Sime Darby Property townhouses and it's been a pleasant experience so far. The community is well-planned, with ample green spaces that are perfect for evening walks. The townhouse itself is spacious with modern fittings that make for a comfortable living. Customer service was helpful during the purchase process, answering all my queries with patience. While it's still early days, I'm happy with the quality of life here and the amenities provided.

Sime Darby Property - Defect and safety

This is concerning Lot15 SJCC a newly developed supposed to be prestigious condominium in Subang Jaya developed by Sime Darby Property. This property consist of 2 blocks. A and B. Tower A recently had a very serious incident of flood with ankle high water level due to default in the wet riser system used for fire hazard. The water damaged the lift and most...
