The crew was professional and did an amazin job!

Highfil is our sales rep. On 9/6, I sent him a text about adding kitchen floors to our existing order. On 9/7, I called and left a voice message with the same info. He was non-responsive, so on 9/9, I visited Simas Floor Company at 10am. Cat helped me. She informed me Highfil was out for a family emergency. I explained my situation to Cat; she wasn't a salesperson but consulted someone about my order. Cat confirmed the $8.45/sq ft price hadn't changed and assured me they'd take care of us. She said only Highfil could amend our contract and would follow up upon his return, honoring the price. She gave me a printout with some info, where I added notes. Highfil sent a DocuSign on September 13. Before signing, I requested a price breakdown. It showed $10.76/sq ft, plus $2,600 for installation, sanding, and finishing. A huge increase! This was unethical and dishonest.
