I ordered some hair from SILQM?ST over a month ago and I still haven't received it. I keep getting told lies after lies about when it will arrive. I really should have checked her reviews before ordering anything. I want to warn everyone to BEWARE of this seller, she is fraudulent.

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with SILQM?ST. The customer service is just plain awful. I ordered a wig from them and when it arrived, it was all messed up. The hair was all rough and the strap was broken. I mean, come on! I paid ?200 for this thing! So I sent it back for a refund, but now they're saying they never got it. What a load of baloney! I even have proof that it was signed for and recorded. But they just won't give me my money back.

And don't even get me started on the quality of the hair. It looked nothing like the pictures on their website. I mean, I know they say that there can be some variation, but this was just ridiculous. It was like they sent me a completely different wig.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend SILQM?ST to anyone. They're just a bunch of thieves. So if you're thinking about buying something from them, you've been warned.

If there's anything that needs more work, it would be the communication regarding customers' orders. I understand that this is a small business that is growing, but maybe having a set customer service team on standby would be helpful.

Overall, I highly recommend Silqmist for anyone looking for high-quality wigs. Despite the communication issue, the quality of their products is top-notch and I will definitely be a returning customer.

This is my honest review about SILQM?ST (silqmist.com). I stumbled upon their website and noticed they had a new drop, a burgundy wig called Jessie. I was intrigued because I had never owned a colored wig before and the presentation looked cute. However, since it was a new drop, there were no reviews for me to reference. Despite my reservations, I decided to purchase the wig in 18 inches, Remi hair, transparent lace, 150 density, and 13 x 4.

I was a bit skeptical about having to pay for customization, which seems to be a common practice among UK-based wig companies. Nonetheless, I filled out the form and submitted it. The website stated that it would take two weeks for the wig to arrive, but since I don't live in the UK, I expected it to take up to three weeks. However, it took a whopping two months for the wig to arrive.

When I finally received the wig, I was disappointed. The hair felt like Barbie doll hair, and it was matted from the coloring. The parting space on the frontal didn't seem like it was 4 inches going back - it seemed like maybe 2 inches. I reached out to customer service, and they advised me to condition the wig, but it didn't help. I was left with a wig that I couldn't wear, so I gave it away.

My biggest recommendation for anyone considering buying a wig from SILQM?ST or any other company is to do your research. I recently had an experience with SILQM?ST and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant one. I had booked an appointment for jumbo lemonade stitch braids and had even sent in a photo of the style I wanted as I had gotten it done before. I was excited to try this salon as it was local to me, but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations.

Firstly, I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and no one was at the salon. I had to wait until 11am for someone to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. Secondly, the stylist arrived late and did not have the necessary gummy wax to do the style. She had to go out and buy gel, which was a bit concerning as my usual stylist never uses gel for stitch braids.

As the stylist started braiding my hair, it became evident that she was not familiar with how to do stitch braids. I had booked jumbo braids, but she kept doing them too small and I had to keep directing her on the size. After three rows at the back, I asked her to take a picture of how it was going and I was horrified at what I saw. At this point, I asked for another stylist to do my hair, but was informed that this stylist was the only braider available.

My head was sore as she kept pulling my hair too tight and I eventually asked her to take them out as it was not up to the standard I expected. The owner/co-owner came to try and resolve the situation, but I felt like I had been misinformed or booked under false pretenses. I eventually agreed for the stylist to do large knotless braids, but even those were a disaster. The braids were mismatched and she used so much gel that my hair flaked within hours.

I spoke with the owner at the end and while they agreed that I shouldn't have to pay, the whole experience was a mess. Another customer even had an issue while I was there. I ended up taking out the braids before my trip as my scalp was in pain and my hair was completely white and flaky from all the gel.

Overall, I would not recommend SILQM?ST. While their service appears good, they need to refine many things. They should not agree to do styles if they are not confident that they can offer the service. If I could rate this 0, I would have. It's a shame as I wanted a local hairdresser, but now I know that my braider in Crystal Palace is worth the journey.
