I ordered a map from Omnimap (omnimap.com) and was pretty excited to receive it. However, four days later and still no shipping confirmation. I decided to reach out to them via email to inquire about the shipping date, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a reply. I must say, I was pretty disappointed with this experience and I don't think I'll be returning to Omnimap again. I mean, come on, four days and still no shipping? That's just ridiculous. I was really hoping to have my map by now, but it seems like that's not going to happen anytime soon. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Omnimap based on my experience.

I gotta say, I ordered this map from Omnimap and it was outta print. But, get this, the site said it was still in stock! I was skeptical, but I went ahead and ordered it anyways. And you know what? It arrived in less than a week! Can you believe that? And it was packed real good, too. The map itself was a raised relief map, and it was just what I needed. I'm definitely gonna do business with them again. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to do it this time to counter all them negative ones out there. Omnimap is the real deal, folks.

Honestly, at this point, I'm not sure what to think. They've got my credit card info, but I ain't got no maps. It's makin' me wonder if they're even a legit company or just some kinda scammer. I mean, I ain't no expert, but I know when somethin' smells fishy.

So, I went ahead and kept the map. The first map I received was pretty good quality and helped me navigate my way through some tricky terrain. However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication from Omnimap.com. It's frustrating when you're trying to plan a trip and you don't know if you're going to receive the necessary materials in time. And then, when you try to cancel or return something, you don't get any response. It's just not good customer service.

But, like I said, the map itself was good. It had a lot of detail and was easy to read. I was able to find my way around without too much trouble. I just wish the customer service was better. It's important to be able to communicate with your customers and respond to their needs. I don't think I'll be ordering from Omnimap.com again, but if you're willing to take a chance on their customer service, the maps themselves are decent.

This company is really something else. They got all the raised relief maps you could ever want in one place. I mean, they got all them USGS 1:250,000 quads, even the hard-to-find ones. And that ain't all, they got maps from other countries, states, the whole world, and more. The website is easy to figure out and they do a good job telling you about what they got. Only thing is, their index map for them 1:250,000 quads ain't up-to-date on what's available. But other than that, it's all good!

I ordered a bunch of maps from Omnimap, which I had to get from overseas. They said it would take 3 weeks to get to me, but I ended up waiting for 3 whole months! I finally gave up and cancelled my order. The only good thing is that they don't charge your credit card until they actually send the stuff out.

I think that Omnimap may eventually deliver the maps, but it takes a really long time. If you want to receive your maps in a timely fashion, I suggest that you search for them online or go to Amazon. You'll have better luck finding what you need and getting it quickly.
