I ordered some decals from eDecals and I gotta say, I was pretty unsure about the whole thing. But I called up their customer service and the rep on the other end was super helpful. They walked me through the whole process and made sure I got exactly what I needed. And let me tell you, the decals themselves are top-notch. They look great and they're holding up really well. I've had them on my car for a few weeks now and they still look brand new. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with eDecals. If you're looking for some high-quality decals, these guys are definitely worth checking out.

I recently made two purchases from eDecals and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. The first order was completed incorrectly and was also delivered late. To make matters worse, my second order was never received at all. I attempted to reach out to the company via email, but it took several days for them to respond. When they finally did respond, they did not address my concerns about the mistake in my first order or the missing second order.

I expressed my frustration to the owner of the company, but unfortunately, their customer service was not up to par. The owner did not seem to care about my concerns and instead went on a rant about their employees and other customers, even calling us all "Karens". As someone who has been in business for 14 years, I was disappointed to see such unprofessional behavior from the owner.

Overall, I would not recommend eDecals for your business or personal needs. My recent purchase of only $92.90 was a waste of time, effort, and money. If you want to avoid similar issues, I suggest finding another company to work with.

I recently made a purchase from eDecals, an online store that specializes in License Plate Frames, Signs, Banners and other similar products. I was looking for a custom license plate frame with gold leaf lettering on a polished chrome frame. The price was a bit high, $36.00 + $7.95 S&H, $43.95 for one frame, but I thought it would be worth it if the quality and design were what I wanted.

When I received the frame, I was disappointed to find that there was no definition between the letters and the polished chrome frame. My neighbor even asked why there was nothing written on it. To make matters worse, two of the letters were slightly peeling up on one edge, which would only get worse with exposure to the elements and washing of my car.

I contacted eDecals to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund. However, Kenny Barnaby, the person I spoke with, placed the entire fault on me and said that I should have been fully aware of what I was purchasing. I argued that he was the professional and should have advised me of the issue of combining the two materials, but he essentially replied that it was not his responsibility.

I ended up ordering from another supplier who not only assisted me in the design and order process, but also provided me with a perfect end product that cost $10.00 less. It just goes to show that it can be done if you are dealing with an honest and forthright business.

In the end, I did not receive a refund, nor did I receive any customer care. Needless to say, I will not be a repeat customer of eDecals.

So, if you are considering purchasing from eDecals, I would advise you to be an expert at the production of License Plate Frames, Signs, Banners and such products. If the product is not as you expected or is somehow defective, it will be your fault for buying it. At least, that's how it seems to be with these people. Buyer beware!
