On may 3, 2020, I ordered 2 face masks with cat images on them. That same date, $22.96 was taken from my bank account for payment to, "silkygift coorder". I have never received an e-mail to confirm this order or an order number. Tried calling the number I have on my bank statement for this company and when they answer via recording, it does not say the company name, just asks for your order number so you can check the status (#1) or modify or cancel your order (#2).
Nancy & Lonnie, Contact your banks (or your payment method) and report Silkygift. I contacted my bank and they have given me a Temporary credit for the amount I spent on those masks and are investigating my transaction with Silkygift. Also, I still have not heard a word from Silkygift.
I also ordered 4 masks on may 1st, it is june 10th, and I have not received my masks.. have sent several e-mails, they just keep saying they are in printing... lousy company... have not seen any more ads on fb for this company... good thing... will let people know, not to order...
I am experiencing the same problem as the people above. It must be another scam. The cat mask was so cute, but now I see it was a waste of money.

I went through my credit card because of Covid its taking a long time to get them to do anything. they keep telling me to go thru company first but they are not responding to me.
I also have not received my order from April and they do not respond to my requests. They took my money as well.
I am getting very angry .. I want a response .. from your company about masks I paid for an have not received .. I do not have a confirmation number .. You were quick enough to take my money out.. Hi Nancy A. Jacoby, I too am waiting for some kind of reply/response/refund or merchandise from "Silkygift Coorder" (as listed on my bank statement). Jacoby, I made two purchases online for masks one on the April 30th 2020 money for that purchase on was taken out on May 1st 2020 Second mask was ordered on May 1st 2020 and money taken from my account on May 2nd 2020 .
