PayPal, Ebay and Synchrony bank review: Victim of scam

I have recorded phone call couldn't upload ([protected]@gmail.com)
On Feb-17/2020 I purchased an Iphone on Ebay, Ihad the feeling it was a scam, I called Ebay within 1 hour and they told me to return if was not what I expected.
I also called PayPal, they said it was garantee money back. On 19th less than 30 hours after purchased I received a text from Ebay, that my item was shipped and delivered. The tracking number the scammer gave was [protected] and fraudlent.
I called Fedex several times (Irecorded calls) FEDEX say the tracking number orginated from WALMART and it is not in my name and it WAS NOT delivered to my address.
I celled walmart, after begging the c ustomer service said the same thing, it is from one of their sale and not in my name or my address and the amount of the sale was 12.94 and the Iphone they are trying to make me pay for is 594.29.
I filed a claim with all three EBAY, PAYPAL, SYNCHRONY BANK, they don't do the proper investigation. It takes ONE phone call to Fedex and Walmart to find out that it is a FRAUD someone put on me.
I am desperate, tired of fighting for months. I need help.

I just received a letter from Synchrony bank that they recharged my Credit card because the tracking number says it was delivere to me.
