What kind of customer service is that? If you want to keep the stuff you buy, I recommend that you choose any other company. ShopUSA is not reliable and they don't care about their customers.

I'm extremely disappointed with their service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's a shame because I was looking forward to using their service again, but now I'll have to find another company. Don't waste your time and money with ShopUSA.

However, I did feel a little scared when my packages were with customs for clearance. It took almost three days for them to give the green signal for my packages. Despite the delay, I received my packages safely at my doorstep on the 8th day. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided by SHOPUSA and would recommend it to others.
