Nirefund ng Shopee ang buyer tapos after ilang days dneliver pa rin nila ang parcel. Ayaw bayaran ng seller ang items at gusto niya kuhanin ng rider ang parcel sa kanya. Shopee is not doing anything about this issue!!! I am demanding for a compensation or ibalik niyo items ko!!! Ilang beses na ako ng follow up sa customer service desk pero walang nangyayari. Puro sila wait for an update/feedback. Wala pa daw silang feedback from courier which is napaka imposible! Partner courier nila yun tapos hahayaan lang nila na walang update???!!! Very poor service!!!
