We file a complain on our issue regarding the 9 otg which are not working, we sent enough evidence on this matter including videos, hence the resolution given last march 2 was partial refund of 663 out of 1413. Since we tried to dealt on this concern still the second resolution offered was partial refund. Just to close the case we agree on the partial. One of the dispute team named Jayson, didn't even mention time frame. Here comes Mon up today i'm sending email but i haven't received any response. Also no refund was processed.
Im pissed off, after more than 60plus order worth of 30kphp in just a matter of months span last year, is this how you treat your buyer?
