This is an extremely horrible channel!

The jade pieces they sell are extremely flawed and full of cracks! They will tell you no crack on their live channel, but when you receive the items, it is full of cracks!

Attitude is really bad when you asking them in the customer service and the hosts will mute you to prevent you from talking in the channel to ask about your cracks!

This is unscrupulous and unacceptable at all!

They have no guts to do business and go around scamming people online in Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore!

Plenty of complaints about this shop!

Attach picture of the rude host that sells cracked items and defends herself, saying she is sincere! The live channel is full of fake accounts launched by their own shop!

Beware these fake accounts will either snap out Low value items as a fake promotion or will rig up auction prices to higher prices!

I ve been a seller in shopee since then, the first branch of jnt who alocated to pick up here provided pouch, waybill and tapes for our pick up. And then we happen to know that they replaced the first branch to pick up package, caypombo bulacan branch now are the jnt courier does not provide any of necessary things needed for pick up. It's not pleasing if our costumers received there item with such look and we worry that they may receive it with missing items in the packages. Please happen to give fast action for this.

Product was defective.
The supplier doesn't want to replace or refund and below conversation and until now no feedback. Is Shopee really looking at complaints as I have sent the complaint to shopee last 1 week with no RESPONSE! Is this how Shopee looks into complaints? The supplier doesn't seem to bother about the below issue at all even after numerous complaints.

I've been contacting shoppee and the seller about this one. This is a halloween costume yet, it was delivered after the halloween. I have soooo many orders with shoppeee and using the app a lot so, please be considerate with my request

I already reported this issue several times and no one has ever resolved it, I've been disconnected several times. I had a chance to chat with a supervisor today and even this supervisor disconnected/ended the chat. They all keep on giving me a blunt answer and there was no empathy from them at all! All I wanted is to redeem the vouchers from the Shopee farm. Every time I tried to claim it, I keep getting an error and this has been going for almost 4 months. They said that they will escalate this on a freaking department but NEVER HAVE I EVER heard from them. I just keep on receiving a confirmation email that its being escalated but until now I still have the same problem. There was this instance that a representative denied my request for a supervisor which I believe is not right. I used to be a customer service representative for a voice and non voice accounts and with their behavior I'm surprised that their still working on the company.

For some special reason my seller account get banned, The shopee team ask me to wait half year for investigate, and after 1 year they said my account already pass the appeal period which is 30days after case happend, and now mention my account is permernant banned, and I really angry they totally ignore my case without checking (I feel they no did job in this hafl year).

I filed for a return and refund for the product that I have received, the seller disputed my complaint, then after a few days, accepted my complaint. I returned the parcel with shipping fee amounting to 2, 009 pesos.
Then, after receiving the products, the seller filed for a dispute claiming that it lacks 1 box of facemask. We had agreed before that the lacking 1 box be paid thru her Gcash.
Then Shopee investigation team decided that the product sent to me was in good condition therefore, my request for refund was cancelled.
My concern is, Shopee promised me that the 3, 590 amount of goods will be deposited in my Shopee pay Account but then, they sent an email insisting again that the products are in good condition. I have coordinated with the seller on how the refund will be settled manually but no reply was sent.
I contacted again a live agent but they said that it is already outside their Shopee Guarantee and Shopee can't help me with my problem.
What about my Money?

There is a fake jade seller selling low quality items on Shopee Malaysia!

Claiming to be natural untreated A grade jade, the items are sold by seller ypxzb. my on the Shopee platform!

I bought a RM950 jade carving pendant from them, which they guarantee to be 100% natural, if not they refund 10 times the amount as compensation!

Received the item from them, it looks different from what is seen online! The colour and carving looks so different!

Bring it to Poh Kong Jewellery to ask, they said that the colour is fake, treated with colouring and plastic inside, and show me that it is glowing under the ultraviolet light, whereas the natural one will not glow!

This fake seller, ypxzb. my, refuses my claims and still insists that they sell genuine stuff, they block me on Shopee and Shopee staff not doing anything!

Kala ko ba hanggang 2nd attempt kayo sa delivery? Bakit nyo nireturn sa seller yung order ko eh 1st attempt palang naman yung nagawa nyo and nagresponse naman agad ako dahil pina resched ko yan ng tuesday, last tuesday nag text saakin yung rider nyo na for delivery na w/in the day, naghintay ako hanggang hapon kundi pa ako nagfollow up hindi ko malalaman na wala pala sa rider yung item ko pero nasa list daw nya ako ng for delivery, the next day yung status ng order ko is deliver by courier (meaning nasa rider na yung item) hindi ako umalis sa bahay mag hapon since hinihintay ko yung delivery, hanggang gabi walang dumating, then pag check ko uli ng status "buyer not on location /home) my god hinuhulaan nyo lang ba yung mga reasons nyo? Sabi ko sa agent na nakausap ko magprovide kayo ng proof na nagpunta sa location ko yung rider nyo para sabihin na wala ako sa bahay! Nakaka stress kayo! Tagal ko hinintay yang item na yan tapos ibabalik nyo lang sa seller? Hindi man lang mag effort na ideliver yung item! Kawawa buyer at seller sa inyo, ayusin nyo mga trabaho nyo! Nakaka dalang mag order sa shopee😡😡 please do an action regarding with my concern dahil baka hindi lang ako ang nakaka experience ng ganito!

Two days ago about 2:08pm 13 October a purchase was done, which according to BPI (which I called immediately to have the card blocked) amounted to P4, 650.00.

Please be informed that I am a victim of a fraud, by somebody claiming to be from BPI who asked for my card number and number at the back since I will be given a new Card BPI Amore. I bought my product through shopee on the 21st of September 2 days after that I got the notification saying that it is sipped from China. On the 26th of September it is on its way to Malaysia after that on the 28th it is still stuck in Kota Kinabalu Branch and it has not been moving to Kuching anytime soon. My order 200823qmu9u5ju has been stuck on paranaque dc hub for a month already. I've been following up for a couple of weeks now thru calls, chat, email but it's still there, and the status is not moving. The customer service kept on telling me that it would be delivered immediately, it has been prioritize, it has been escalated, it was requested to be expedited, and they will give me an update within 72hrs. No one is updating me for more than a week, I have to continuously contact them only to hear the same alibi.

Please expedite, I wan to receive my order immediately, like now.

I have placed an order with them on Sept 3, 2020. The seller, Huawei Official Store has shipped out the parcel Sept 4. The parcel was brought to their Bulacan Hub (Shopee Express) on Sept 6. I've followed up with them and this should be delivered Sept 11. I've filed several expedite last Sept 11, I made follow up 3 days after. The response of customer service is always, we have filed a report pls wait for 2 to 3 days. Until today, no resolution, spoke to numerous agents and supervisors to no avail.
They have no control of their own logistics, to my mind what in the world? So my parcel is in limbo... No resolution for 13 days?
