Shopee Xpress delivery not really "express"
So, there, the tile says it all. Shopee Xpress delivery has not updates on tracker and on app about delivery. My parcel has been sleeping on a certain hub for more than 24 hrs and sending it to transit for another 36 hrs. No updates on what is really happening. I contacted support numerous times and they kept saying that they will "expedite" my parcel to have it delivered ASAP. But, delivery date has lapsed and the parcel is still in-transit. This courier service is really, really ridiculous. Unprofessional.

Incompetent dispute resolution [censored]s
Raised a request for refund for incorrect size & offered to return the incorrect item. The Dispute agent- a Malay lady- promptly closed the case before the date to upload evidence. Refund was refused & she insisted that I use a calliper and send a picture.- expected me to purchase a calliper just for this! They don't seem to use their common sense
j&t express delivery
packages have always been shipped by ninja van. this is the first time that J&T has been used for shipping then the damage problem has caused the customer to refund and return the goods. I learned about J&T's bad habit of littering, how can I compensate for my loss?

Shopee Express Delivery
I was supposed to get my delivery on the 29/6/2021. The goods was sent from the seller place to Shah alam DC within the same day - 25/6/2021. The problem happened after the goods were sent to Sg Buloh delivery hub on 26/6/2021. It was later returned to Shah Alam DC on the 28th. There were no movements on the delivery for the past 3 days. Numerous complaints were made to Shopee customer care but there was no movement still. Im not pleased with the delivery services and I fear that my goods has gone missing.
Desired outcome: Just need my item delivered immediately

My parcel is supposed to arrive today as it was delivered by courier. However, until 8:30 pm, it still hasn't arrived. Then I texted the courier, and she says it will come by tomorrow. Be reminded, I didn't ask to reschedule the time to send. But in my shipping information, it says that I reschedule the time...
I had solved my problems about the driver courier. Well, i don't think pasting a complaint in this platform and do nothing will help you to solve. After i create a complaint in this platform, i then also complain with the shopee help service. After two days, the driver courier sent me a message and apologised to me for her mistake. For me, an apology is enough. Just hope that this problem wont happen again... And the way to connect with shopee would make a live chat with the agent through app (like what I did) or visit the Help Centre : https://help.shopee.com.my/

refund items
today 22 Jun 21, i have tried to call Shopee ard 1.30pm till 2.15pm, no one is answering the call. Wondering is Shopee can be contactable at this timing?
My two refund items ID [protected] & ID [protected], which shopee has arranged to collect the two items on the 14 Jun21 after i have called them on 13 Jun 21 to arrange it.
Today 22 Jun 21, the two refunded items were returned back to me again. Where this suppose to ship back to seller and refund me the money, how come this is not done?
What happening now? I need an explanation on this!

Fake jade with fake certificates
Shopee Singapore is retailing fake jades from China.
There is a company called 传承珠宝 operating with username niceone(dot)sg
They sell fake items of colour injected, along with free jade certificates!
Certificates badly made too. QR code when scanned bring you to a different website with other items displayed instead of the one you purchased.
The 18karat gold sold is also falsely hallmark! Items have been assessed to be just gold plated on!
This is a lousy company selling items, they are desperate to get sales, and even resort to blatant advertising in many various live channels on Shopee!

11 June 2021, my shopee account ID name lynniening has been suspended and I still have my money remaining in seller wallet. I don't think I'm violating the rules, as all my customers are satisfied and legit redeemed all my products. All my products were bought with money too, so why you guys could just suspend my account like that and holds my seller wallet money? If my listings are violating the rules, why do you guys allow my listings to publish even after product review? And now saying that my listings are violating the rules? Please don't be a scamming platform. You can suspend my account but please refund my money in seller wallet. This experience is seriously unpleasant.

Rude, inconsiderate and stupid seller
My account got banned because I was accused of creating fake orders intending to "harass" sellers. I just asked kindly if he/she would cancel the order so I can add 5 more items and my account immediately got banned and frozen. I still have money and coins in that account. What do I do? Agents are also mediocre and a bunch of [censored]ting imbeciles. Worthless pieces of [censored]s (the agents and their so called customer service)

Late delivery of plant ‘perishable item’ and I have to bear the cost
Placed an order for the plants on 14 May with expected date to deliver on 20 May. The plants were wrapped in newspaper, boxed and shipped by JnT on 25 May. I received the plants on 30 May. LO and behold, plants received in bad condition. Suffocated due to prolonged encapsulation. Shopee was made aware twice abt this since I have not rec'vd the goods. Kept telling me to liaise with seller which I have. Seller was super cooperative. But JnT delayed the shipment. Shopee then informed me that I have to bear the entire cost and no refunds bcos items are deem perishable. Understood the perishable part but I'm dumbfounded by Shopee response as it pointing solely to me and I have to bear the stupid cost because of the late delivery. What the [censored] is going on here Shopee?!
Desired outcome: I refuse to take the cost for things that I’m not in control of e.g. late shipment/ delivery.
Rude tone and vague advices
Shopee customer support personal supervisor 'allan' has a very rude tone and his words fro advice are not clear at all. He often ends his sentence with incomplete information or he does not give actual useful information when assisting customers. Should not speak to this shopee callcenter employee if you ever call them. Or else it would just make you feel more miserable and angry trying to resolve your issue with an arguement with him.
Desired outcome: Be more concise, clear and respectful when delivring message to customer.
I am complaining about shopee express courier is being rude to me
on 4 june 2021, this courier said im not at home but Malaysia is total lockdown and im working from home. He never call me nor knock the door. The next day (5 June 2021) this courier from shopee express call me. And he call me BODOH which is means stupid just because he ask me to pick up by myself and i said please wait and be patient.

Customer service agent
An agent name afifudin ended the chat and he dont know how to assist a customer as well, he kept asking for id multiples times. He himself dont have a patience to assist a customer. What kind of customer service? This is not a first time I am getting ended chat just like that. I know you guys wfh and issue with connection or what but why he talking to me like he pissed off with me? If I asked a question he need to answer it calm but this guy making me pissed off. Please take note of my complain and I hope I can get a good solution for this! An agent name lavinia sangar did a very good job and please have an agent like her, she knows how to chat with a customers. Kudos to her. Shopee please improve your customer service agent. A humble request. If you need screenshot, I can provide it as well, if needed.
