I made numeros complaint to shopee malaysia tht instead of 2 bottles i received 1 only. Made complaint but no responsible person handle my complaint n solve it. All giving silly excuses. Going to b 2 mth.

The product states 5 reams.
Only 1 ream was delivered for S$19+.

Its only 70gsm. Are the paper plated with gold?

Like before shopee give an option for courier but right now suddenly they remove the option and we couldn't even decided the courier anymore.. Tragically my ordered item always been send by shopee express which is sucks.. Ordered almost 4 days but still get stuck on sorting centre.. Do dont even have a customer service on the website and the helpdesk hotline havent been answered yet. So frustrating because we cant even file a complaint.

I took a loan to support a family member who is terminally ill. I paid it via shopee a day before my due date. I reached out to Cs chat because I added a letter before the account number. They asked me to wait for 24 hours. I reached out several times and my issue had not been resolved. I talked to a supervisor who did not help and rudely disconnected the chat on me when I asked for compensation to help out with the daily interest the loan incurs. The case ID number is [protected]. As of right now I cannot re apply for a loan to sustain the meds for my family member. I hope you will be able to help with this.

The ear phones is not working, I've already chat the seller but they not answering my concern, I want to refund my money

Ordered item on 8 Aug and opted for Shopee guarantee extended up until 24 Aug and lodged return/refund on 24 Aug since item was still not delivered. Did my part by contacting seller multiple times on courier update in between however no reply, contacted Shopee via various platforms i.e. chat & email, the response I got was still in progress/refund is being processed.

Since I needed the item asap, bought similar item from different seller through Shopee and got delivered within 4 days. From 24 Aug up until 31 Aug, no feedback from Shopee on the status though followed up multiple times

Item got delivered on 1 Sept, Shopee immediately cancelled my return/refund request due to item being delivered. When raised this to Shopee, this happened since item has been delivered an I have changed my mind on the purchase.

Question: why having Shopee guarantee extended if it is not serving any purpose in my case and why did not respond to my follow ups immediately but rather wait until the item delivered and cancel my request?

The customer service agents are unreliable, zero customer orientated but rather interested in closing complaints using ready made answer template without considering case to case basis! Super disappointed, will definitely change to different online shopping platform.

Shopee is not helping their customers but they are pro sellers. I'm facing issues with one of the sellers but they asked me to liaise with the seller myself.

They can even allow sellers write something like that in their webpage.

I refer to tracking no [protected] where a wireless mouse was purchased. As per the tracking information the item was delivered on 25th August 2021 at 7.50pm. However when I checked with recipient, he did not receive the item. On further checking later, it was found to have been left on top of the letter boxes of the apartment. The same is accessed to anyone passing by. I am not pleased with the delivery system of the particular courier company. Further no confirmation of receipt of the item was obtained.

Hi good evening this is sheila I want to file a complaint regarding on reactivation of my voucher. Last August 8, 2021 apparently the the seller send me the wrong items, so again Last August 12, 2021 I immediately request for refund and its already approved but since I use a voucher worth 300 it has to be reactivated before I can use it again..I contact customer service on August 14, 2021 someone assist me name KIARA B she said she will be needing 24-48 hours to reactivate the voucher so I waited for 2 days..Then I receive an email last August 17, 2021 it says that i can now use the voucher by encoding it manually so i tried it but apparently its not working (You have redeemed this voucher before) is the the message thats pump up once i enter the voucher code. I reply them through email last August 20, 2021 but sadly no response from them, so i chat there customer service every day I ended up nothing they just keep on apologizing, telling to me "No worries this issue has been escalated to our assigned team and be assured that we are treating your concern with utmost urgency". until now I don't know the reason why its so hard to reactivate the voucher that takes so so much time. I also want to seek an attention regarding on how there customer service representative namely LOREN, CRISELDA, SARAH and KIARA B treated me as a customer they always hangs up and keep me waiting most of the time.I don't want this to be so hard for both of us but i already lost my patient to them. Hoping for an action immediately. Thank you

On tracking my parcel has been delivered but I never receive my parcel or even get a call to take my parcel. Please do something! So worst shopee express service, better don't continue this type of service! Cause this courier like never learnt about logistics and don't have any securities!

Yung deliver courier pag tinamd na mgdeliver sasabhn di alam address para di maideliver ang item sa tamnag oras tapos yung customer service pag di alam ang gagawin dodropan ka ng conversation mapachat at call pati manager or supervisor bastos !

3. Until today, almost 25days, item failed to deliver by J&T
4. The item dormant at J&T LDC Klangjaya 603 since 15.08.21 and 04.08.21
5. I’ve requested refund from Shopee but no respond until today (24.08.21).
6. I'm very disappointing with Shopee arrangement.
7. The seller also can't help much without shoppe next steps

-On August 21, 2021, Shopee banned my account. I just logged in to my laptop and after a while my account got banned. I don't know why did Shopee banned my account. My account contains 270+ Shopee coins and 9 php Shopeepay funds, it was a waste of money if it will not unbanned.
-Please unban my Shopee account or repair my account so that I can still use my Shopee coins and Shopeepay funds. I will use the shopee coins when already decided to buy new phone because I'm planning to buy new phone, so please unban my account.

As of today the parcel is still stuck in Johor Jaya Hub in Johor bahru. I have already filed a complaint to shopee but of no avail. I am quite disappointed to say the least. The parcel was due on 20th and supposedly received on the 21st of August but up untill now there was no action taken by shopee to rectify the problem. Promises.. promises. Clearly shopee has taken a long haul of promises that cannot be applied to its rules and regulations.

order was cancelled by shopee because the supplier did not meet the delivery time. the ordered item was still sent to me by the supplier. however, i bought another one in the meantime, also from shopee! have sent many emails with the custmer service, no response to my request for a refund! shopee is so arrogant and corrupt, you should not order anything anymore and switch to another platform
