Received my order back on January 05, 2024- Mistakenly when I originally placed the order, 2 of the same dresses was on my order and did not notice of course until after payment went thru. The automated website is NOT consumer friendly at all and I was unable to correct mistake and could not reach customer service because it is only a robotic system. OK, so I figured I will return it when order comes. Order came on Jan 5th and turns out that dress did not fit and now I would need to return both of the same dress along with another dress that was suppose to be pink and when I received, the dress it was a dull beige/slightly pink, this dress is not what I ordered as far as the color shown.

I then went to process return and I checked off the double ordered dress including the other but the system wouldn't pick up the quantity of 2 of the same dress only one. Again I could not change this nor cancel return on the robotic system. Only one of the same dress was on return label along with the other dress. Return label is just sitting on my account that I could not use since order return still needed to be corrected. I tried emailing company showing a copy of my order number and items ordered explained mistake and never received a reply from SHEIN at all. Not only was this never resolved SHEIN was gonna charge me an additional $7.99 for return of each item after the one return. Why is that? they all came together in one package with the cheapest shipping charged as to why it takes weeks to receive your order and why they give you free shipping with orders over $59.00 US dollars. Now my account says its to late to return any of these items? Now I have lost $40.40, not including tax and stuck with 3 dresses I have no use for. Look! Everyone loves to shop SHEIN but add up millions of orders from SHEIN with mistakes taking advantage of the consumer that adds up to billions of dollars!

I believe that is called imbezellment. No wonder everything is low priced the company is obviously making up for offering low quality items at low prices with their robotic system taking advantage of the consumers at a National level. Including charging membership fee's. All I want is my $40.40 cents credit back and I will return these 3 items at my own cost, NOT SHEINS charges of $7.99 each for returning each item when it is their own mistake. Also I do not agree to any of your terms & policy's which are illegal, but your system wont let you continue without clicking you agree. This is ILLEGAL in the USA where your offering your goods too. If need be I will be happy to share my issue to all USA consumers of each 50 states to join in to recover their losses. This is all about SHEIN Doing the Right thing to avoid further damages to consumers!
