Sheffield Financial review: Rude customer service

As of today July 10, 2026 around 10:30 am. I financed something last week and wanted to set up my account with them but needed them to look up my account number to do so. Only thing I got back was a promotion being forced on me before they can direct me. trying to be polite with no thank you. Then was told I was not getting directed till I took the promotion deal. I had to hang up so I would not say anything regrate saying. Called back hopefully to talk to someone else. I got the same person. Telling me he flagged my number and he will only get him. Still would not help me till I excepted the promotion deal. Then told me hang up since I would not take it and kept asking for additional help.
