Terrible service on funding a loan. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Their processing of a loan that they publish "Close in as few as 5 days" *** It has been 56 days and at the last minute they misrepresented my credit score to deny my loan.

Our LO didn't know his own company's guidelines. It wasn't until 4 days before close of escrow that we found out we are denied.l for something that was known at the beginning of the process. This after about 2 weeks of zero response/ ghost. Denied. I'll spare the details as the folks that have come before me have summed it up nicely.This company should train its sales folks on their own process and credit policy/ underwriting guidelines. And about how to communicate directly with a client and not play the victim card and blame others on their staff when a mistake is made. If someone at LendingHome cares, they can certainly contact me for the details. I'd give zero stars if the ComplaintsBoard.com allowed.

In the middle of our first rehab, making on time payments on a loan for a property and rehab funds. Lending homes Ghost us on our first draw. We discovered that a part of the home within the scope of work needed additional work. We had the funds to cover it. Lending home froze the rehab funds and ghosted the deal. No money no response from the loan manager, just email that the decision from feasibly was final and that the scope of work was more than they approved. The architect offered to explain the plans were incorrectly interpreted. They just ignore our emails. I need a lawyer. I am going to *** for this act of pulling the rug from under us to fail. This is worse than Predatory lending! They left us by the wayside to die without listening or responding to our question on how we changed the scope of work. My broker even offer to go line by line to meet their demand. No response . Silence! The loan is due in November. It is July 28Th. I want to take this to court.

I closed 3 loans with *** and had 2 loans that I backed out of after months of frustration. I am an experienced investor. I have owned 40 properties in total, including 10 flips in the past 9 years and move than 50 purchase and refi loans. *** charges borrowers appraisal fees, hires appraisers and then *** does an in house appraisal, which is usually far less than the licensed appraiser. *** also promises closings in 30 to 45 days but they took well more than 60 days on each of my closings. I have recently gone to another lender and have closed 3 loans with very few issues. As investors, we need results, not false promises. I had issues with every appraisal and every closing with ***. Recently, an employee name *** or ***, from *** contacted me, in an attempt to bring me back to ***, which is now called ***. *** or ***, was rude, condescending and spoke over me. Rather than listening to my concerns, he even suggested that I, "misunderstood how appraisals work." *** changed their name to ***, in what I would assume, is an attempt to shed the poor name recognition from poor service and poor reviews. *** aka *** is terrible. After working with other lenders, I regret closing any loans with ***. Avoid this company at all costs. There are a number of companies that provide private lending/hard money options with much better results.
