App doesn’t work
I added a credit card to my account. Tried to load $25 on a gift card. No bueno. Tried to place an order for lunch and the change payment method button doesn’t work. When I hit submit order nothing happens. Got it again and it says I’ve ordered too many times. This thing had better not charge my card because it didn’t work and I did not get any email confirmations. Oh well time to find somewhere else to eat today!
5/22 Update: Tech support hasn’t been able to help and won’t return my email. I sent them a video of the problem as well. Phone support told me to clear my cache. Their instructions were not close to what the iPhone menu is. Still no help.
