Ableton Push 2

I’m simply trying to return a push I bought during the black Friday week sale but can’t get a response. I also can’t find a phone number I can call or any other way of contacting customer service except filling out the form on ableton.com (which I did twice). The website states a 30 day refund policy but without a response I’m afraid they’ll claim it’ll be too late to return.

Desired outcome: Return the item and get a refund

Ableton Ableton lite

Purchased a Focusrite scarlett 3rd generation 2i2 interface was supposed to get Ableton free, tied 20plus times to download on windows 8.1 gets to the configure part goes through the full time and finishes but just freezes. What a con Focusrite are selling something and it does not work. I am new to using recording stuff etc but i can't see that i am doing anything wroong in the download process.

Ableton Boycott the site and their products

Ableton products has done it again. they offer a free upgrade to their Live 6 LE program, only during a certain period. after that you will have t o pay for the upgrade. if i knew this was going to be the case i would have waited 2 more weeks to buy the product ... seems like a rip off to me ...boycott the site and their products.

This product is a total lie. It is bundled with the Soundcraft AR12 MTK, a 14 track recording desk but only has 4 channels so it is a joke to call it LIVE! Nowhere is it advertised as only capable of 4 channels.
