Will not honor 6 month warranty on engine. Contacted the seller within 2 months and they are saying it is past the warranty when I filed on BBB. The company has given me the run around for months so I filed with BBB and they responded that it is past warranty. The seller, David has given me excuses that owner is in a coma, the owner died and no one is in charge to give a refund. Amazing that the could answer within 5 days to the BBB complaint that I did as a last resort to resolve the issue. I feel this company is dishonest and had no intention of refunding but promised they would "make it right". I have all emails to support my claim.

Claimed loss: I asked for $3,000 dollar refund for the difference in mileage of engine that I ordered and what I received. The engine I received has 70,000 more miles than what I ordered.

Desired outcome: Refund $3,000
