Extremely disappointed with ServeCo. Despite paying for a protection plan, they denied my claim for damage caused by my cat within 24 hours, falsely citing exclusions for 'repeated use.' This damage happened in a single day, not over time, yet they refused to honor the coverage. Their terms seem intentionally vague and designed to avoid fulfilling legitimate claims. I won’t trust this company with future purchases or protection plans.
I have already submitted a service request escalation with ServeCo. My request number is 561297.
Today, I received a call from their manager, who informed me that they will not provide any proof of their decision. She also stated that the denial was made by their customer support team, contradicting their previous claim that it was decided by an expert. Isn't this ridiculous? Additionally, they refused to send me any further correspondence and advised me to seek a detailed explanation through the court—which I fully intend to do.
Stay away from them! They are completely unreliable and dishonest.
