◈ I'm war the deal with this company
◈ I purchased an Electric SurfBoard from this company in 2019, but the Electric SurfBoard has not worked battery, so, I'm surfing of your products in 2019 at all, when I placed the order, I purchased an Electric SurfBoard with two battery' but he sends me an Electric SurfBoard with only one Battery of 2019.

Secutronic naval provided proper after service

I had the following troubles with my as if board but he recked very alow or igrerade my reguest's.

1. the 1'st Battery didn't work at all when I received the SurfBoard with it in Oct. 2019 the cause of no working Battery has magnet sensor position problem next year 2. The 2nd Battery which I ordered it with my Surf board was sent to me in march 2020.
So, I could sick the SurfBoard in may 2020 which is exactly 11month later since I place the order for SurfBoard 3. However the month later which I nd it 4 or 5 times, the new received Battery which I got in march 2020 got the water damag could not be recovered.
The cause of water damaged is the bad sealing of the Battery core So, I save warranted face replacement but zhang-kerui ignored my request

June 13, 2019 I received the Quotation with 10 days delivery time
June 14, 2019 Remitted full payment for e-surf board and one etrax battery
July 01, 2019 Visit Securonic Technology and asked to send it shortly
July 05, 2019 Chris promised it would be sent next week (July 8th-13th)
July 08, 2019 Pay US$300.00 by Paypal for the transportation cost
July 10, 2019 Chris delayed the shipment from his last promise and promised again
it will be shipped next week (July 15th - 20th)
July 22, 2019 Chris delayed the shipment again and promised it would be shipped
before July 27th
July 24, 2019 Since I seriously complained about the repeated delay of the shipment,
he mentioned first that the battery has some problem
and being under upgraded
July 29, 2019 Chris promised it would be shipped by July 30.
August 07, 2019 Chris delayed again and promised it would be shipped by August 8.
August 13, 2019 Chris excused about the delay again
August 16, 2019 Chris promised again it would be shipped by August 19
August 20, 2019 Chris sent me the shipping notice that it was handed to the forwarder
Sep 3, 2019. Received the surf board but found that there was no
extra battery and carrying bag.
Chris promised me all remained goods would be sent to me in 10 days
Sep 08, 2019 Tried to test the board in the river but found the electric power
system is out of order Reported it to Chris and Chris promised
to send me the replacement battery charger, extera ordered
battery and carrying bag next week (Sep.9thto14th)
Sep. 09, 2019 Chris informed me the replacement battery charger was sent to me
Sep. 16, 2019 Since I tested the replacement battery charger, found it was not the
battery charger problem but battery itself out of order
Sep. 24, 2019 I asked Chris the fins but he said it does not need the fins
However, I believe it needs fins to control the moving direction easily.
Sep. 30, 2019 Asked Chris to send the replacement battery and extra ordered battery shortly.
Oct. 03, 2019 Chris promised they would be sent by Oct. 7th
Oct. 10, 2019 Chris excused in same ways and promised they would be sent next week (Oct. 14thto19th)
Oct. 16, 2019 Sent WeChat message to Chris to send the remained goods but no response
Oct. 17, 2019 Sent WeChat message to Chris to send the remained goods but noresponse
Oct. 18, 2019 Sent WeChat message to Chris to send the remained goods but noresponse
Oct. 21, 2019 Sent WeChat message to Chris to send the remained goods but noresponse
Oct. 31, 2019 Sent WeChat message to Chris to send the remained goods but noresponse
Nov. 11, 2019 Sent WeChat message to Chris to send the remained goods but noresponse

Dec. 02, 2019 Sent Chris my proposal to close this deal by e-mail but no response
Mar. 09, 2020 Chris informed me he would send me a battery.
I asked the carrying bag too but he said he would send the bag later
and another battery later too.
Mar. 17, 2020 Received a battery
May 10, 2020 I could ride the surf board first since I got it.
Aug. 23, 2020 The battery of my surf board got the water damaged problem due to
socked water into the hull.
The manufacturer informed me it cannot be repaired.
The damaged battery was what I received on March 17, 2020.
Sep. 25, 2020 I asked his staff Angela who's in charge of the oversea business to
send me the replacement battery by free warranty but he said she
couldn't cover it by warranty.
Oct. 19, 2020 I sent an e-mail to Chris and asked the replacement battery by free
warranty but no response from him
Nov. 04, 2020 On Wechat talking, he agreed to send it in a week.
Nov. 18, 2020 As no information about the shipment of the replacement battery,
I tried to talk on Wechat but no response

Hi,I'm still waiting for surfboard 4 months later.but these stories have sickened me as even if I receive there's still gonna👽 be problems.
