in August 2026, I called Anil at secured financial services, wanting to have them send copies of all my original paperwork on my annuities and answer questions about what his salesman Rick did changing my annuity from one or two, and remove funds from them and purchase a total of seven annuities. Anil refused to send my paperwork and answer any of my questions in a very rude manner. i was informed Rick had retired and was no longer with his firm. During my original dealings with them Anil added a paragraph to my paperwork. I believe this was done to hide something that Rick did to hide extra commissions in our dealings.

Claimed loss: Monies lost in transactions with my Annuity

Desired outcome: Copies of all my original paperwork including added wording Anil added to my original paperwork. And answer my questions in a professional manner.
