Terrible Property Management Company. They dont respond to emails or work maintenance orders. Very bad follow up and communication skills.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is so unprofessional. I've been leaving voicemails, but I can never talk to anyone. I've sent emails that have never been answered. I've been calling and emailing since August, and it's now October, and I still haven't heard anything, not even a simple "we'll get back to you soon." I'm really annoyed and have been ever since they started "managing" my building. And I use the word "managing" very loosely.

The association was supposed to be paying for the *** and *** bill. It is so stated in the Declarations. They say it is a mistake and refuse to pay the charge, they only pay one, I believe the *** bill. They refuse to pay the *** charge.

The condo association is supposed to take care of the garage door maintenance. I got a big issue with the rail that holds the garage door to the building. The rail is coming off the wall and it could hurt people and cars in the garage if it falls off completely. I've been trying to get Elite management company to fix this for 3 months now, but they haven't done anything about it. I've been calling Deana Br, who is the manager for the condo complex, since mid-October , but she hasn't been very responsive in fixing my serious garage problem. This Elite management company just ignores the problem and doesn't care about its customers.

I wanna complain 'bout Elite Property Management LLC. They ain't doin' a good job takin' care of our place, ***. Folks be tellin' us to sell our condos 'fore it gets even worse. When visitors come 'round, they see how much it's gone downhill. Some folks can't even use their backyards 'cause the weeds done grown into trees. Weeds be poppin' up everywhere, in the parkin' lot, on the sidewalk, even in the rock gardens. The mailboxes all crooked too. And don't get me started 'bout the junk folks be throwin' by the dumpster. They promised to put up a camera years ago to catch those folks, but still ain't no camera there. We all pay our condo fees, but the property look like crap. We done complained, but nothin' gets done. We didn't wanna do this, but we live here, and we've had enough.

The manager, Ken K, never calls me back. When I call his "assistant," Shanda W, she yells and swears at me, telling me not to call her. She insists that I can only email her. I just moved in last week and this is my first association meeting. Shanda says she needs time to inform me about recycling. There's a sign by the dumpster that says to CALL the association for a key, but when I did, they scolded me for calling about such things. Shanda claims it will take weeks and involve other people to figure out how to drop off a dumpster key. Ken also wouldn't provide any information about my monthly payment or confirm if it was already paid for the first month. As a paying member, how can I get answers if they won't let me ask questions over the phone? It's ridiculous to think they only accept emails. This company has so many complaints, it's unbelievable they're still in business. Be careful if you decide to work with them.
