Lipo
I had Lipo suction 2 years ago on my stomach and love handles. I am not a heavy person, I just wanted my clothes to fit better since the only place I gain weight is in my middle. I didn't like going into the surgery center standing up naked, thought it was weird. The surgery was much quicker than I expected and was told they only took out 1 litre of fat, disappointing. I was supposed to get 3 complimentary laser treatments afterwards, but after the second one, they said the machine was broken and it never got fixed. I kept complaining about areas that they missed and was told that after a year, I could have a revision at no cost. When I asked to have it done, they told me it would be an additional $900.00 for anesthesia. I did not have it done. I'm sorry I ever had it done since my mid section looks much worse than it did to begin with and it looks like I have a huge tumor near my belly button.

Unhappy with Results
I went in for a tummy tuck in June, 2013. Wasn't pleased with my overall results. I am almost coming up on my one year anniversary and still without feeling in several areas. Is anyone on here using an attorney? It would be nice to talk with someone already familiar with this practice.

I have had few things done her end I m also have major problems. I am trying to find a new doctor that is trust worthy, but t this point I am just scared of what will happen. I have talked an attorney and have been told that there re so many cases against Sculpted figures now that it is unreal. I was supposed to have one of my procedures corrected this month. UNETHICAL PRACTICES!
I went to sculpted figures in myrtle beach sc for a consultation about having a surgery done. I was told that I could not be approved for financing. The next day I received a call from them saying that they found financing but I would have to have half of the amount as a down payment. I saved up until I had half of the amount and called to schedule an appointment. I was then told I needed to contact the company that was willing to finance me. When I called I was told that I wouldn't be paying just half of the down payment that I would have to pay a total of 8000.00. (Surgery quoted at 12000.00 and I had saved 6000.00). I then called sculpted figures back and told them what the company said and told them that I wouldn't be able to have the surgery because I only had the 6000.00. The nurse there told me that if I put the 6000.00 down that she would allow me to make payments on the remaining amount until it was paid or I could pay them the 6000.00 for the first half of my surgery and go ahead and have that done but un the mean time still be saving for the second half. After a 30 minute conversation with her and me telling her that no I didn't want to do that I hung up. In a matter of 10 minutes another person called with an indian accent telling me the same thing she told me and once again pushing the issue. At the time this was the lady that I thought was the doctor because during the consultation she came into the room and examined me. (Only later did I find out that she wasn't a doctor at all just a person who worked in the office! So that meant the doctor never even looked at me! Someone who was completely unqualified for was.) After another 30 minutes I told ok fine I will do it. So they set up another appointment to do specs. While I was there I was basically told that I was too fat to have the surgery and I need to get my BMI down before they would set the appointment. They then put me on a HCG diet with shots of vitamin B to supposedly get my weight down. I left the office with NO appointment being set.
A week or so later I called and told them that I would be moving back where we were stationed at (army) and that I wouldn't be able to have the surgery here. After pushing and pushing and pushing I told her that I didn't want it period! She told me that she would put in for the refund and it could take 4-8 weeks to get it. I told her fine to just process it and mail it.
Three weeks later I called to see the status of the refund and I was told thatis wasn't being processed yet. I told the office lady that I needed the person that handled the refunds to call me and not the nurse because I did not want to speak with her. A couple of hours later the NURSE called and once again was pushing and pushing to get me to go through with this surgery and I finally told her that I did not want to have it and even if I did it wouldn't be with them because if they could not respect me as a patient and my choices then there was no way. I told her it was unethical to try to talk someone into having a procedure that was not WANTED! That didn't stop her though! She then told me that if I wanted to have the surgery that they would fly me back here to have it done and they would have someone there to help take care of me. I told her NO AGAIN and told her that you know I have 2 kids and there is no way I am leaving them 2000 miles away so I can have a surgery I DIDN'T want! After going round and round with her I finally had to hang up on her to get her to stop!
I called today to find out about the refund and found out that instead of them sending back the 6000.00 to me they were only sending 4100.00 back because I cancelled! THERE WAS NOT AN APPOINTMENT TO CANCEL! I informed her. Now they are saying that I still wont get it until the last day in October. Then she proceeded to tell me that they were still willing to fly me out to have the surgery. Like the nurse I told her NO! But she pushed! I finally had to hang up.
I want my money back in full! There was never a surgery appointment to cancel so therefore they can not justify keeping almost 2000.00 for a cancellation! I also want an APOLOGY FROM THE DOCTOR! I never saw him and he never knew the situation period! He had the nurse and an office worker examing me and never informed me that the lady who had her hands all over me was the woman that handled the office work!
I feel VERY exposed and very taken advantage of!

Company still owes me money for treatments not completed. Still having complications from prior procedures I was being treated for when practice closed. Can not locate medical records
I too was the recipient of botched surgery at Sculpted Figures. I had a tummy tuck with the additional abdominal wall tightening. My surgery was done by Dr. Goldflies in July 2013. In Nov. of that year I was hospitalized with abdominal bleeding. A CT scan was done and 3 different doctors after reviewing the scans asked me "who did that to you?" The stitches in my abdominal wall had popped (I very much felt that when it happened) and I had an umbilical hernia (new umbilucus). When I took the results in to show the doctor I was told he couldn't see me as he was in the bathroom with diarrhea. My report was "shoved" under the bathroom door to him and he said the report was wrong, the abdominal wall was still stitched and there wasn't a hernia. I would be very interested in becoming part of any class action suit being brought up. My contact info is: Debbie Tucker [protected].
I'm out over $4000 and the dr admittedly did not perform the surgery I paid for but instead only the "add on" extras they uphold me.
The areas now after 2 years are STILL blotchy lumpy and I have severe nerve damage. Who is the lawyer handling this obvious class against the owners?

I had surgery at SF in Dec of 2012 and like most other complaints here, my surgery was botched! I have many scars from the procedure! I’d like to join a class action lawsuit. Please contact me
I f you had any type of surgery and it wasn't done all the way correctly can you sue them
Well my Lawyers been trying too reach this low life business. I have a family member that Died behind Sculpture Figures.
And I was Hospitalize behind them. Dr. Darrell Graham did my surgery. And a few other ppls I know. And they are suing also.
If we can every locate the owners. Searching really hard.
my friend was there last year for his nose job, and i did not work at all he pays 6, 000 dollars his nose looks even worse did anybody knows how can he gets his money back at lease to go with a really profecional surgery place :(
My name is Susan and I too can attest to being scammed by the Sculpted Figures Plastic Surgery office. As a matter of fact I am still making payments to my credit union for $5000.00 for services not rendered due to the unfortunate death of Dr. Graham. I initially turned them down when they quoted me an unreasonable amount to have a quick lift, and like others I was contacted a few days later with an discounted offer for that day only if I would pay in full. I was able to get the loan not that day, but a day later, so of course, they were willing to wait one more day and extend their offer...I brought them my check which was made out to Dr Graham and was advised they couldn't accept it as it needed to be made out to the office. I drove to the credit union with Lisa following me to receive the revised check. That was on Friday, July 8th, and that very weekend was when Dr Graham expired. Lisa wasted no time at all to deposit the check and it cleared by Tues the 12th. After I heard about the doctor's death, I called several times to request reimbursement for the money I paid up front, and received the explanation from the answering service that she would take a message and someone would respond .
That was in early July, I received a call from Lisa August 19th relating that my records were being sent to Dr Hensel's office in Murrells Inlet. I explained I didn't want them sent and just wanted a refund. She basically blew me off and answered me that I would have to talk to the next person, which I questioned who was that person. She simply repeated again the next person, leaving me totally frustrated with no definitive answers. So my next move was to call Dr Hensel's office which I was told that SF sent their office a spread sheet with names of patients who had paid but had not received services, my name included, but that they also explained they had not received any money from SF to refund patients their money. At this point in time my only mission was NOT to have the procedure done by Dr Hensel and hope that eventually the money would be transferred to their office whereby I could receive reimbursement. It never happened and as I said previously Ive been making payments for almost a year now.
I am so sorry to hear the stories of botched surgeries, as well as those who have been scammed out of money, and I as well pray that these unethical owners of this business will be found and dealt with for their wrongdoing. It seems I may be a little late finding out about those of you who are in the same boat as I am. Paid for services not performed, Sloppy work, no followup, unable to locate my medical records, etc. I didn't call Sculpted Figures right away since the accident had just happened and there were many who had already had procedures needed to be cared for first. Anyway, I waited several months before contacting Dr. Hensel's office thinking Sculpted Figures would do the right thing and maybe the doctor's schedule had cleared some. Boy was I surprised when they told me they did not have my records, were not honoring Sculpted Figures' clients procedures, and my money was just "gone". They suggested I go online to find out what other patients were doing. Here I am and would love to talk to others in the same boat.
