Lack of competence
Dr. Aharonov is falsely advertising himself as a Facial Plastic Surgeon. In reality he is not certified and has never been Certified by the American Board of Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery. He was only trained as Ear, Nose and Throat doctor who takes care of bad tonsils and nose polyps. Stick to to your day job! He maimed my family member, refused to issue a refund and behaved in the most unprofessional, rude and unexpected for any physician manner. Man! That guy has a really bad temper! he is not competent in what he does. This is why you see so many complaints from verified users of various accounts on the Web. His passionate advocates are only those who are related to him. Do not count their testimonies as real! This doctor put us through hell! Karma will get him! You reap what you sow!

refused to do what I wanted
Dr. Gal Aharonov refused to do the surgery I flew all the way to talk to him about! I flew to Los Angeles from NYC because I found Dr Aharonov's website and wanted him to do my facelift. I booked my appointment and flew to see him. I was just 12 minutes late for my appointment so they decided to see the next patient before me!!! they made me wait 40...

Very interesting. Especially considering that I just tried to look him up on The American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery website. Shockingly, I was disappointed to see that he in fact IS BOARD CERTIFIED.
