Yelloh (formerly Schwan's Home Service) review: schwan's truck damage to yard from driving through it

In may, a schwan's truck driver drove through our yard after it had rained and was muddy. My husband had just leveled it and planted grass seed and the truck left big ruts through the yard. We filed a complaint at the time and a nice lady from schwan's called us and agreed that schwan's would pay for the repair. She then contacted a & a landscaping in williston, nd, who came out and was supposed to provide an estimate to schwan's. We have heard nothing since. I contacted a & a this week regarding when they would be coming to do the repair work, but they indicated that they had not yet received a signed estimate back from schwans. It appears that the estimate was sent to: gaby. Rewes@schwans.com. I also emailed her this week and have heard nothing either. I do not have a complaint or ticket # for this item. Could someone please follow up with me about this as it's been over 6 wks. Since this happened! Was the estimate sent to the wrong person? Please advise.
