On May 12, 2026 I took advantage of a 7 day free trial with Scan Guru. I attempted to cancel by May 19 and they offered a free reminder, which I never received. I attempted to cancel it on May 19, It said change plan so I did to a $24.99 per year plan to avoid getting charged for the $49.99 plan.
It was changed but wouldn't start until May 19, 2027. I was already billed $58.62 on my American Express Account. I contacted Apple Support since I purchased it on their App Store but they refused the refund. Also, Apple or Scan Guru solicited me to take the free trial.

Desired outcome: Cancellation of subscription and full refund of $58.62.
