I signed up for the Scan Guru app under a free trial. The subscription fees and renewal terms were not clearly disclosed at the time of signup. I canceled the subscription on March 2nd, 2026, which was still within the 7‑day trial period, and I have a screenshot confirming the cancellation.
Despite canceling on time, I was still charged for the subscription. After that, I was also billed for an additional week ending March 19th, even though I had already canceled and did not authorize any further charges. I later discovered that many other users have reported the same issue with this app, showing a pattern of misleading billing practices.
I previously filed a complaint about these charges and was denied without a proper review. I am now requesting a full investigation and a refund for all charges applied after my March 2nd cancellation. I can provide the cancellation screenshot and any other documentation needed.
All I'm asking for is a total refund.
