Sharon Roth was evicted from the home she formerly rented from Ted Ulan. Ms. Roth's court-ordered eviction is attributed to Ms. Roth' s non-payment of over $20, 000 in rent owed to Ted Ulan.

Ms. Roth failed to pay over $23, 000 in rent legally owed to Ted Ulan. Ms. Roth represented herself in court in Morristown, New Jersey. Ms. Roth lost in court. Ms. Roth was evicted from 106 Kenilworth Road in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey.

As Ms. Roth elects to use online slander in an effort to muddy events and turn the focus away from her eviction for non-payment of rent, court judgements against Ms. Roth will be posted online for review.

Ms. Roth is now being sued in Morris County, New Jersey for the monetary amount associated with her loss in court in Morristown, New Jersey. Mr. Ulan is being represented by Fairfield, New Jersey attorney, Ronald Draucikas.

Sighs, its sad how out of hand tenant landlord relationships have gotten. I personally spend hours review applicants and running everything through http://www.tenantverification.com/. I've seen identity theft, tenants with multiple evictions, and other things. Other times I've had tenants with great records with one exception. Sometimes it be difficult to tell who's at fault the landlord or the tenant. There isn't really enough information on this to tell who is right and who isn't. Just because someone lost in court doesn't mean they are truly the ones at fault, which is sad within itself.

@Kristin Ward I have had the misfortune to live near Sharon and am a victim of her games. I can tell you that there are ### landlords but Sharon is y far the worst tennant to ha e. She manipulates you into desperation in order to try to get your property. With me she's met a match. I'm taking her to court...

Sharon, a question. If the place was so horrible, why would you spend "many thousands of dollars" repairing it verses finding a better place and moving out?

@Donald McRon This woman is evil and a Psyco. She talks a lot of garbage and throws dirt like debt, old liens etc which have nothing to do with the case. She entrenched on your property to try to get you to settle and finance her Zen living dream.

Oh, Ted... really.. Honestly? Isn't it curious how you simply can't allow the justice system to handle this. Because justice isn't on your side. "Questioned by Ronald Draucikas"?? Does he even know what you're posting??

Wow, Ted. You really are on a roll. Just because it says so in the paperwork for now? No problem. When we finally meet in court, under oath and with all my receipts and witnesses this time - the many thousands of dollars I spent repairing YOUR property because you wouldn't, just to have a barely liveable environment - plumbing heating, wiring, basement flooding, appliances, toilet, the list goes on and on, the very list in the Home Inspection report that Alex Jesus has at Exit Golden Realty, who now has the property in short sale, again, because you've been trying to unlaod it for many years and can't. It is all a matter of public record - all your Lis Pendens and foreclosures, your bankruptcies. You still owe Alex $700 from your last go-round. You owe so many people so much money, all a matter of public record. You have a temporary "win" because you are more clever than me in court, because you are a master of the game. But there is something called "Convenant of Quiet Enjoyment", the is something called "Breach of Contract", there is "harrasment, threats, intimidation and attempted extortion". Everything will come out, including your other tenants you've done this to, in NJ, in Kansas, churches, helpless people in foreclosure. You leave a trail of destroyed people in your wake. It's okay. I'll endure your internet campaign for now because I am confident in the justice system, despite what you said that "I can't can't get you, I could only get $100 because the laws in Kansas protect you and you'll never lose your house there". You even told that to your realtor. Everyone knows you and yours, Ted, and no one is fond of your antics. And remember, there's a FEMA inspection report on record, too. They told us to leave the house for our safety. Now you've listed the house as "move in condition"?? wow... no conscience...
