I recently made a purchase from Save On Crafts and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. Out of the several items I ordered, four of them were defective and had a terrible smell. It was clear that these items were not new and were falling apart. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the products I received.

When I contacted customer service to request a return, I was met with resistance. Despite providing pictures of the moss falling off the branches, the lantern metal separating from the seam, and the dried flowers being a completely different color than what I had ordered, they refused to pay for return shipping. I was shocked and frustrated by their lack of concern for the quality of their products and their unwillingness to make things right.

I have ordered from Save On Crafts several times in the past and have had mostly positive experiences. However, this recent experience has completely turned me off from their company. The customer service was terrible and the quality of the products was even worse. I will not be doing business with them again and I urge other buyers to beware.

One specific issue I had was with the color of the dried flowers I ordered. I had requested orange, but what I received was clearly gold. When I brought this to the attention of customer service, they insisted that it was orange. It was frustrating to deal with this kind of response when the color was clearly not what I had ordered.

Overall, I would not recommend Save On Crafts based on my recent experience. The quality of their products and customer service is not up to par and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The website of Save On Crafts may not be the most modern, but I didn't mind it because of the great deals and wide selection of products they offer. However, I did encounter some issues when trying to make a purchase. I found that some items I wanted to buy were not marked as sold out, and some even showed as being restocked. But when I finally placed my order, I received a call from customer service informing me that the product was actually out of stock. I was a bit disappointed that I had to wait a week or two before finding out that the item I wanted was not available.

Although I appreciated the call, I would have preferred to receive an email instead. It was a bit strange to get a call from an unknown number at an unexpected time, only to be told that the product I had been waiting for was not in stock. Additionally, the shipping cost was quite high, which was a bit of a letdown.

I had saved Save On Crafts in my bookmarks for years, hoping to find the perfect item when I needed it. Unfortunately, the one thing I had been looking for had been out of stock for the past two years. It would have been better if they had removed the item from their website altogether. In the end, I had to purchase the item I needed from another store.

Overall, I think Save On Crafts is a good website to find affordable and unique craft supplies. However, they need to improve their inventory management and communication with customers. It would be great if they could update their website to make it more user-friendly and modern. Despite these issues, I would still recommend Save On Crafts to anyone looking for great deals on craft supplies.

I was a bit hesitant to order from Save On Crafts after reading some reviews from other folks. But, I really wanted this one item, so I decided to take a chance. And, I'm glad I did! My experience with this site was pretty smooth sailing. From the ordering process to the delivery of my item, everything went off without a hitch.

Save On Crafts has a wide variety of products to choose from. They offer wedding decor, string lights of all kinds, fabric/silk flowers, candles, apothecary, children's toys, home and garden decor, and more. I ended up ordering a beautiful ivy garland with lights and a set of mini string lights to decorate my living room. I must say, the quality of the products was pretty impressive.

The only downside I found was that the shipping cost was a bit high. But, I guess it depends on where you live. So, that's something to keep in mind.

Now, I don't want to fully endorse this site because of some of the negative reviews I came across. But, I wanted to share my experience with you so that you have a fair set of reviews to go by. It's true that people who receive poor service are generally the only ones who leave a review (and for good reason). On the other hand, those who receive great service rarely leave a review. So, it can be tough to get the whole picture. But, thank goodness for sitegrabber, right?

All in all, I would say that Save On Crafts is definitely worth checking out. Just be sure to read reviews from other customers before making a purchase. And, if you do decide to order from them, keep in mind that the shipping cost may be a bit steep.
