Sasol review: Customer Service

I was pouring petrol this morning at a sasol in Soweto on Roodepoort road and it was full. I was parked behind a car and waited. there was another statin then become empty and a car parked there and the petrol attended went to go help this car that just got there. I got in my car and told the gentlemen (Abdullah) that we had got there before that car and he told me to wait someone will help me. that made me very angry because I was already waiting and it is a Monday morning we have to go to work. He must assist people according to who got there first. Such poor service is a common trend in the black community because no one every complains. This was not the first time and I am quite frankly very annoyed at the poor customer service.
