I ordered sari and Indian suit from the website www.sarijewels.com. I paid money and got the package within one month. I was really upset, ‘coz they provided only sari, but no Indian suit. Our friends invited us to the wedding, and we needed these clothes ASAP. I contacted the customer services and the rep told me to wait that it was only mistake. The rep promised to provide suit within couple of weeks. I waited another month, but still no delivery and I had no idea what to do next. Please, post your comments and share your views about this company.
and also This is a wrong and false complaint .. we are eagerly waiting for the precious reply of the customer

My Self Bharat from Sarijewels.com ... can you please provide the screenshot of order copy along order date...also provide your contact no. so that we can talk over phone. ... because as per our record we have no customer of name Irvis... Please revert ASAP... if this type of thing happens from our end than i assure you that we will revert the full amount back and also the ordered Items also Free...
