Leased a 2026 Jeep Wrangler from Sansone on November 28, 2025. Further review of lease agreement showed an $825.00 fee. Upon research, I learned it's for 2 oil changes per year for 2 years. I informed them I wanted to cancel. Finance department said it was canceled but they did not provide confirmation or a refund. Phone calls are not being returned on this issue. Last phone call was placed today at 4:25 p.m with a promise of a return call by a manager today. It is now 10:21 p.m.

Claimed loss: $825.00 overcharged on lease agreement

Desired outcome: Refund or credit of $825.00
