Samsung z7 flip broke 2x in less then a month. Both times at the screen fold. Started as a black line and then completely broke from there. I was told it would be fixed 2x for free and then a replacement would be sent if it broke a 3rd time. Bexause this is a known flaw in their production. They lied and said it was broken outside of the warranty and it would cost almost $400.00. I spent more in repairs on this phone then it cost me originally. I had to activate an old broken phone because id have to send it in for weeks to be fixed. I cant go without a phone that long. All in all unhelpful and crappie products built poorly.

Recommendation: DONT BUY SAMSUNG
