I tried to cancel my SalemNow subscription online using their app and stuff. But I can't seem to figure it out. Their website is bad and doesn't help with this, and their app doesn't work either. Plus, they charged me for videos I didn't even buy.
I bought a DVD called "2000 Mules" from SalemNOW on May 1, 2022 for $24.95

I didn't hear anything else from them until May 17, when I asked when I could expect to get my DVD. They said they sent it on May 14, but they accidentally sent me two other DVDs instead of the two I ordered. I only ordered "2000 Mules" and I never got it. I got the other two DVDs, but I didn't order them. I told them this in an email, but they never responded. I contacted them again on June 1 and they said they would respond within two business days, but they never did. I just want my DVD and a response. This has been a big mess and they need to be accountable.
