I was scammed by this company. They renew against your will and do not refund you under any circumstances. They lie, use scare tactics, and make it incredibly difficult to get your money back and also mock and blame you in the process.

This company still owes me money for unsent boxes and still did not send my 12 months of treat boxes, of which I unwillingly paid for btw. Customer service is abysmal. They will use the same repeat responses and spew out the same BS over and over about their policies, which were never transparent to begin with. It is a copy-and-paste response to shut you up, basically.

Sakuraco and Toykotreat is a Complete scam business.

The snacks themselves were dry and really overrated. Beware of this company as some of us are just trying to voice out the truth - beware of those trying to cover up.

Give me back my owed money Sakuraco! You stole from me.

Recommendation: Anything else literally. There are so much better snacks out there and this is the one to AVOID at all costs. You have been warned!
