Ryx Property Management review: Recovery of rentals (due by their “client”)Unacceptable

Ryx Properties have till date provided me with very poor service.
Their client a “tenant” you has defaulted on various months to pay their rental fees.
Ryx Properties procedures are poor as I do not seem to be receiving any of the outstanding funds.
As a consumer; I expect some assistance to resolve this issue.
Ryx Property management have conveniently recovered their fees of R 1, 500 on July 2012 as Fees due to Ryx Properties & continue be charging me monthly collection fees.
This is liable to the tenant to pay you as this amount cannot be removed from the rental’s that is owed to me.
Casey representing Ryx Properties; sends me statements only when I request them; either thank that there is no communication from them.
I have requested a breakdown of the statement since the original R 12, 317.87 was outstanding but the statements are incorrect (especially Ryx Properties charging me collection fees)
Thus I’m not 100% sure of what fees are still outstanding; as their statements does not clearly clarify this.
Also; I need to confirm if the credit institution’s have blacklisted: (as I have lost faith in Ryx Properties providing this information)

This is an issue since April 2012 thus any further information regarding taking Ryx Properties to task will be appreciated.
I have tried to be patient but just like every other individual; I need the funds.
Need some positove advice on how to ensure that I recover the funds owed to me.
