This place is not good for business ethics. I made a deal to buy a camper and trade in my old one. I drove all the way from NH, 300 miles away, which is 600 miles round trip. When I got there with my trade and the money to buy, they tried to give me a lowball offer for my trade. They said they would give me $14,000, but then they only offered $8,000. I tried to talk to them about it, but they wouldn't listen. I want my travel costs back, which include 3 hotels for $850, fuel costs for $450, vehicle costs for $400, and meals for $400. It took me three days because of a snowstorm, plus three days of my time. In total, I lost $2100 and missed out on other deals because of this.

Me and my wife put a deposit on an RV at RV Value Mart Inc. We were supposed to pick up the unit on 8/10 at 3:00. But at 2:22, while we were on our way to pick up the unit, the salesman messaged me saying that we had to reschedule because he didn't receive the correct paperwork. I emailed all the paperwork they requested the month prior and was in contact with them multiple times without them telling me that they were missing something. Communication was a big issue for them. I asked multiple questions and they never got back to me. We ended up cancelling the purchase and are requesting our deposit back. We also ended up losing money on non-refundable campsite reservations ($369) due to them not being able to deliver on their promise on 8/10.

I put a $1000 down on an RV at an RV show. They said someone from finance would call me in a week to confirm the order. I asked the salesperson a bunch of times, but no one called me. After a month, I asked for my money back. A few days later, I got an email saying they know I have questions about my order. I found out my car can't safely tow the trailer they sold me because it's too heavy. They knew what car I had when I put down the money. I asked for my money back again, but they said no. I left a message and two emails for the owner, but they didn't call me back. I sent more emails to everyone, but still no response.

We bought a new RV from RV Value Mart on 11/16 and also got a protection plan for extra money. They told us we could cancel the plan and get some money back. We had a lot of problems with the RV, so we traded it in at another dealership. We called RV Value Mart for two weeks and left messages, but nobody called us back. Finally, someone called us back. We filled out a form to cancel the plan and sent it to them with proof that we traded the RV. We sent it by certified mail and they got it on 8/22 at 11:36 am. We never got our money back and they never called us back, even though we tried to call them a lot of times. It's been 5 months and we still don't have our money or any answers.

We bought a travel trailer from RV Value Mart Inc. After 3 weeks, we found mold growing under the couch and dinette. We tried to contact Tina T, but she wasn't there when we went for our appointment. Our unit sat at the dealership for almost 2 months before being taken for repairs. Tina, who is supposed to handle warranties, claimed she didn't know our unit was there. She only responded to us after I told her I talked to an attorney. After 5 months, our camper was returned to RV Value Mart, but nobody knew it was there. We decided not to accept the unit back because the repairs weren't what was promised. Instead of helping us with the warranty, Tina has ignored us and asked the sales manager to take care of the situation. Nobody has contacted the warranty department at ***. They want to sell us a new camper, but we don't want to take a financial loss on something we owned for only 3 weeks. They will make more profit from us and sell a camper with a mold problem.

I bought a RV from RV Value Mart Inc on 7/22 and it was supposed to be delivered on 7/24. When it arrived, I noticed that the water heater hose was not connected and there was a leak under the trailer. I also had problems with two of the TVs, they were static. The driver told me to call the office. I emailed my salesperson and he responded that the service department was aware of the issues. I also called the service department, but no one responded. The following week, I called again and spoke with someone who said that someone would get back to me. Chad from the Bethlehem service department called me back and told me that he couldn't send someone out for service and referred me back to the Manheim location. He said he called and emailed them about my issues. I waited another 6 days and received no response. I emailed the Manheim location and received an email back from Jonathan Martin. He said he was aware of the issue but never called me to discuss. He told me I would need to pay a service call of $385.00 for them to schedule an appointment. These issues were noted on delivery and should have been fixed immediately.

I bought a used 29' travel trailer from RV Value Mart in Manhiem PA during COVID-19. We did the paperwork through a window and the RV folks were inside. They told us that the trailer was being sold as-is unless we wanted to buy an extended warranty. They said that we might have to pay up to $400, but everything else was covered and they would come to us to make repairs. My wife and I went to Tennessee in our new camper over the week of July 4th. However, the battery stopped charging when connected to electrical, which made things stop working. I called the warranty company "***" and they were no help at all. I already have *** and this service is no good to me. When we got back, I called RV Value Mart and they forwarded me to a lady who said she would have to figure out the paperwork and get back to me. She never called back. I called three more times and got no help. I left them a bad review and someone called me and said they were looking into the problem. I emailed RV Value Mart and told them how dissatisfied I was and got an email back the same night saying they had emailed me the paperwork. That was the only email I got and I never received any paperwork. I emailed them back and told them I never got any paperwork and never heard back.

RV Mart in Lancaster, PA, in Manheim is where we bought our brand new *** trailer on April 26th. We paid for delivery and an extended warranty. The delivery guy was great and on time. After the trailer was set up, we did a walk-through and found some issues. The bathroom door had a hole, the dining room table had a gash, the vertical blinds were damaged, and the optical/DVD player didn't work. The delivery guy took pictures and called RV Mart, but we still haven't received the replacement parts. We've sent multiple emails and made calls, but still no response. They told us that @*** needed to supply the parts, even though everything was fine when we were at RV Mart. They said that @*** was bad at responding. We emailed *** on 9/28, and they responded quickly, saying they were waiting for info and pictures from RV Mart. We found out that RV Mart gave them wrong info, so we sent pictures directly to them. Still waiting as of 12/30.

Me and my partner bought a RV from RV Valu Mart at the RV Show in Hershey, PA on 9/17. We gave them $1000 deposit for the order and they said it would take a few months before we could get our RV. On 1/15/2022, they called us and said our RV was ready for pickup. We scheduled to pick it up on 2/7/22. But, two hours before we arrived, they called us and said there was fiberglass damage to the front end of the RV and a crack in the kitchen countertop. They said we couldn't take the RV until they fixed it. We still went to the dealership to check if there were any other repairs needed. We kept checking back with them every two to three weeks for updates. In early March, they had an outside vendor fix the fiberglass on the front of the RV. But, when we asked about the countertop, they said they ordered the parts but didn't give us a timeframe for when it would come in. We asked if they could use an outside vendor to replace the countertop, but they said it would void the warranty on the RV. We asked if the warranty was already voided because the fiberglass repair was done by an outside vendor. We never received a call from the service manager, *** @ the Manheim location since this all started. On 4/4/22, we spoke with *** the general service manager of RV Valu Mart, he had no prior knowledge of our situation. He said he would look into the problem and get back with us. We still haven't heard from him. He gave us the sales rep *** if we decided to go with another model on their lot. We asked about a refund and Ernie said it was their policy not to refund any deposits. We contacted Heartland directly and was told they have countertops in stock and ready to ship. We asked about the warranty and because it was done by an outside vendor it was voided. We'd like our deposit returned to us.
