I bought the bed and two pedestals from Russell's online on the 25th of November 2025, the items were delivered yesterday the 29th of November 2025 which was very quick and that is the good part. I'm happy with the 2 pedestals but the bed is very uncomfortable. I only slept one day on it but my back is painful. If you are think of buying the Cozy Nights Serenity Queen bed please don't.

Recommendation: Do not buy this bed.

I ordered two pedestals and cozy nights serenity queen bed on the 25th of November 2025 from Russell's online. The items were delivered yesterday which was the 29th of November 2025 so the delivery was very quick. The pedestals looks exactly as in the pictures and I'm happy with them but the bed is horrible. It is very uncomfortable, the mattress is horrible, looks nice but stiff as hell. I only slept for 1 day but my back is already painful. I need an exchange as soon as possible. Please do not sell this product to customers anymore.
