I called monday 04/13/26. Runyon responded that they would send out a representitive on 04/14/26 between the hours of 11to 3 pm. We have still not any service nor did they call back to say why we haven't heard from them as of 5 pm on friday 04/17/26. I found out that they closed at 4 pm which means no service until the beginning of next week.
